North Dakota State University, a Division I institution and member of The Summit League, seeks applicants for a Graduate Assistant – Graduate Student Manager. This position is a 12-month, part-time position with a $1,000 per month stipend and Graduate School tuition assistance.

The Graduate Student Manager is a non-coaching staff position that is responsible for assisting in administering the year-round activities of the softball program. The Graduate Student Manager reports to the Head Coach in all matters related to the operation of the NDSU softball program. The responsibilities are restricted and defined by NCAA rules and guidelines.

• Developing and organizing all NDSU softball camps
• Organize team travel
• Equipment Management
• May participate in limited on-field activities (e.g., assist with drills, throw batting practice) or competition (e.g., assist with warm up activities) involving student athletes on a regular basis
• Day-to-day office management and videotaping games

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and acceptance into the North Dakota State University Graduate School. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Collegiate playing experience or previous college coaching experience.
