MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Five (5) years demonstrated successful experience in playing and/or coaching at the collegiate, university or professional level. Division I or II experience with fundraising initiatives. Demonstrated thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies and techniques of the sport. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated skill in developing and motivating student-athletes academically and athletically. Knowledge and experience with NCAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to: Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes. Ability to work with a wide variety of people. Ability to travel and work on nights and weekends.
• Licensing/Professional Certifications: Valid driver’s license.

PREFERRED EDUCATION / SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

Master’s Degree.  Three to five years collegiate coaching experience including effective leadership, communication, coaching and recruiting skills is preferred.
