Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking applications for an Associate Director of Business Operations. This position provides administrative support to the Director of Business Operations and other department employees. The Associate Director of Business Operations also:
- Supports the business office function by processing purchase requisitions, travel authorizations, travel claims, check requests, invoices, etc.; - Answers questions from co-workers and vendors about payments; - Manages annual Procard transactions by verifying and reconciling such transactions in the system; - Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of Excel financial, logical, and statistical functions.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of fund accounting.
Knowledge of procurement process.
Knowledge of athletic scholarships.
One (1) year of related full-time, Or two (2) years of related part-time experience (such as administrative office, accounts receivable, accounting, etc.)
Demonstrated work experience in Word, Excel, and Access software.
Work experience with Enterprise Resource Planning or comparable software applications.
