The Assistant Director of Compliance is responsible for the day-to-day engagement with multiple assigned sports and is the primary contact for assigned teams in matters related to initial and ongoing athlete eligibility and financial aid matters. The ideal candidate will have previous compliance experience and the ability to work under guided supervision within a team atmosphere.
A Bachelors degree, one year of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Masters degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. Experience will not be considered in lieu of the educational requirement. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Areas of supervised responsibility:
Assist with monitoring (e.g. recruiting, CARA, SA employment, Awards, SA activities, SA outside competition, SA Summer Activities, NIL, Complimentary Admissions, Camps and Clinics, Local Sports Clubs, etc.)
Assist with Gameday initiatives for various sport programs
Assist with weekly eligibility status reports
Assist with high school transcript evaluation
Assist with processing of SA Financial Aid Awards
