The Creative Director will serve as the department’s design coordinator. This position is responsible for the direction and growth of The University of Tulsa brand and will manage the athletics primary social media outlets.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and direct content for the department’s primary social media sites including the creation and implementation of yearly social media strategies and plans
• Work with video, communications, athletic development, ticket sales and marketing department staffs to ensure that content is regularly updated on department’s main social media accounts, while regularly engaging with fans on social media
• Coordinate with Sports Information Directors and teams on social media strategies and best practices.
• Develop graphic design collateral for external units to utilize for digital and printed purposes. Collateral will be expected to grow the visibility and brand for The University of Tulsa Department of Athletics
• Responsible for creation graphical templates for sport specific digital media purposes
• Assist Athletics Development in creation of stewardships and revenue generation elements
• Assist Aspire Group in collateral for revenue generation
• Work with Cane Vision to visualize and coordinate team intro and promotional videos that grow the visibility and brand for The University of Tulsa Department of Athletics
• Other duties as assigned by Associate Athletic Director of Revenue Generation and Fan Engagement, including game day responsibilities
