Assistant Director of Marketing, Ticketing, and Fan Engagement
Reporting to the Associate Athletics Director for Marketing Strategies and Fan Development, the Assistant Director of Marketing, Ticketing, and Fan Engagement will assist in the daily operations of the ticket and marketing offices. This includes, but is not limited to; * Creating and managing content on the department social media accounts * Plan and operate fan experience areas at ticketed events * Soliciting new ticket sales for football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and championship events * Processing ticket orders and reconciling events with Athletics business office * Create marketing and fan experience plans for various sports (Volleyball) * Prospecting new group engagement at home athletic events * Creating graphics for athletics website * Assist with creating and activati
