The Director of Donor Relations and Operations handles all donor benefits and serves as the primary customer service representative for those who support App State athletics. - This position will devise and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship plan on an annual basis for both annual and leadership gifts. - This includes, but is not limited to events, fund reports and communications. - The Director of Donor Relations will coordinate student support staff and non-student temp positions. - This position will assist senior leadership in management of the annual operating budget, monthly reconciliation of p-cards, time sheets and work hand in hand with staff members to ensure appropriate paperwork is completed and filed.
