JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Serve as primary media contact for 18 NCAA sponsored sports for all print and electronic media outlets.
2. Manage and create social media content (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) for 18 NCAA sponsored sports, as well as monitor and interact with individual sport and university accounts.
3. Write and distribute all press releases and special features for athletic department.
4. Coordinate media coverage of athletic games and events.
5. Work with individual coaches to ensure Spalding student-athletes receive recognition for achievements on and off the field of play.
6. Maintain team and individual statistics.
7. Report statistics to NCAA, SLIAC and HCLC.
