The Ohio State University Department of Athletics is seeking candidates for Assistant Ticket Director. Manages the daily operations of front-line customer service for the ticket office. Supervises part-time staff responsible for window inquiries and transactions, phone and chat inquiries, issue resolution and ticket distribution. Assists customers with ticket purchases, issue resolution and escalations. Administers procedures and guidelines relating to customer service and communication.
