Responsible for planning and execution of ticket office operations and management of game day ticketing. Liaison for seat selection process, sales team communications, and secondary market partnership, serving as primary point of contact for ticket operations. Support ticket resolution and sales staff for all ticketed events. Lead Systems and Finance manager for this unit. Collaborates with campus units including President’s Office, Auxiliary Services, Office of Finance and Administration and Office of the Registrar and UGA Human Resources for the entry and management of confidential and sensitive student and employee records.
