Southwestern University seeks candidates for the position of Associate Athletic Trainer. This position assists the Head Athletic Trainer with all aspects of the Athletic Training services program including but not limited to emergency care for student-athletes, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries, medical documentation, insurance, budgeting, etc. This is a 12-month, full-time, exempt position with benefits. Primary Responsibilities: ?Assist with the health care coverage of student-athletes including athletic training room coverage and medical coverage of competitions and practices. Work primarily with Football and Women’s Lacrosse and other teams as needed. ?Assist with the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries. ?Assist with risk assessment. ?Attend to student-athlete issue
