The selected candidate will help ensure the program operates and conducts itself within the ideals, goals, rules, and regulations set forth by Newberry College, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the South Atlantic Conference (SAC). Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Student Athlete Success will direct and enforce the Athletics department’s compliance with NCAA, conference and College rules/regulations and oversee the planning and implementation of strategies conducive to the academic, athletic, and personal development of student-athletes.
