The Powerade Performance Nutrition Fellow will be immersed in collegiate performance nutrition, support the advancement of our program, and provide high-level nutrition support for student-athletes in line with the mission and vision of the LSU Performance Nutrition department. The fellow will provide nutrition care, education and resources for Football or Olympic Sports as assigned: individual goal setting, comprehensive body composition assessments, meal compliance, menu planning and development, competition fueling, performance lab analysis, eating disorder/disordered eating screening, dietary supplement review, performance nutrition research, and policy development.
