Offering a full-time Inside Sales Associate & e-Commerce position for immediate fulfillment.  

Potential candidates must be enthusiastic and detail-oriented & responsible individuals, with the ability to communicate effectively with online customers, and possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.

Job Duties:

• Manage online selling marketplace stores
• Process purchase orders from online customers into sales orders
• Create detailed selling reports
• Communicate with existing online customers
• Provide product information to customer inquiries via phone and/or email
• Accept inbound sales and inquiry calls and emails
• Provide sales input and customer service to best fit customer requirements
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, or return requests

Requirements:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience with PC, proficiency with MS Office Suite
Automotive experience (recommended)
