Serve as the liaison for Harvard Club Sport Programs

• Oversee student organization platform, Campus Groups, for all club sport activities
• Advise club sports programs on best organizational practices
• Develop and administer student officer trainings to improve student and club sport experience, enhance student safety and ensure all department policies are met
• Manage equipment and storage space
• Serve as event day on-site contact as needed

• Develop and manage new processes for club sports program including, but not limited to, travel guidelines and processes, club sport hiring and onboarding, scheduling and event management, as well as health and safety guidelines
• Work with the Director of Recreational Student Programming to conduct analysis on club sport coach hiring practices and make recommendations for future operations.

• Attend weekly House Intramural Council meetings
• Work with events and scheduling to reserve facilities
• Order and maintain equipment inventory
• Complete payroll for all student employees, IM leaders and IM referees

• Assist Director with Grow. Play. Achieve. and Wintersession Programs

• Ensure opportunities are shared with Athletics marketing department as well as Recreation Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
• Create club and intramural social media opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, web-based applications
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Outstanding oral and written communications, as well as attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Job responsibilities may require individuals to lift up to 50 pounds.
