Associate Director, Paid and Direct Marketing
The BSO seeks a self-starting growth marketer to develop our paid media brand strategy through an exciting and challenging period of growth. The ideal candidate will help invigorate our internationally acclaimed brands (Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Pops, Tanglewood, Symphony Hall, July 4th Fireworks Spectacular, Tanglewood Learning Institute, and Tanglewood Music Center) and bring a thoughtful and critical eye to growing our audiences and reach.The Associate Director of Paid & Direct Marketing will deliver strategic and coordinated marketing campaigns for the BSO in collaboration with the Digital Engagement Manager, by overseeing the development of strategic paid media and direct mail marketing plans, as well as their execution, measurement and optimization.
