Serves as the game event manager for the Athletic Ticket Sales Department. Responsible for the day-to-day ticket sales, ticket operations, gameday operations, and customer service. Provides support to ticket operations and game events. May supervise student assistants. Assists with game/event management for all sports programs as it relates to ticket office and sales and will serve as point of contact for visiting teams, officials, security promotions, spirit groups, and the band. Responsible for day-to-day ticket office needs. Preparing and organizing tickets and other materials for athletic events. Inbound and outbound calls to local community members and ticket holders about information and ticket sales. Getting athletic venues ticket booths in working order for game days.
