Directs daily operations of Badger Sports Camps, including monitoring internal and external customer traffic, overseeing participant registration management system, marketing and promoting programs, and supervising event planning staff to ensure that operations run efficiently, economically, and in line with department goals and policy.
Bachelors Degree preferred.

Knowledge of or ability to learn IT security in relation to restricted data (HIPAA, FERPA, HR/SSemployee data, PCI Compliance, etc). 12. Knowledge of or ability to learn graphic design software (InDesign, Photoshop) 13. Knowledge of system design and implementation best practices. 14. Preferred Qualification - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree. 15. Preferred Qualification - Prior experience in Intercollegiate Athletics, camps, and/or sport operations. 16. NOTE: Due to the nature year-round camp season, employee will be required to serve a twelve (12) month probationary period.
Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
