Serves as primary graphics producer for all live events produced for ESPN+ during home athletic contests including, but not limited to, football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, and track & field
Assists with the design, development, and implementation of animated graphics, stat pages, and sponsored elements for use on all linear and digital broadcast through collaboration with ESPN / Learfield and the content creation teams
Work closely with the Associate AD for Broadcast Services & ESPN Producer to design, implement and execute on-air graphics that support storylines for all Texas Tech Broadcast Services productions
Communicates all graphic content directives from ESPN's weekly production calls from sport-to-sport
Responsible for training all score bug operators and will oversee all score bug operators from sport-to-sport
Use knowledge of sports and graphics to help determine the concepts, look and content of graphics for assigned events
Project lead for cutting out team headshots and actions shots for productions
Maintain the most current software and project deployments for all ESPN/Big 12 Now projects
Conceptualizes and presents new ideas in workflows and designs to increase on-air quality
Required Qualifications Education and Experience * Two years of trade school with 2 years of experience. OR * High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience.
Minimum of four years’ experience in live sports production, including broadcast control rooms or equivalent
Ideal experience should include management of live production operations
Knowledge of Sony MVS 7000X Switcher /Sony HDC 2550 Triax Cameras / Ross Xpression / Ross Abekas Replay System / SSL C10 Audio Board or similar is preferred
