As our Head of Sales you will have the opportunity to significantly impact Orson’s success as a key member of its core team; developing the pricing model, sales strategy, assets and processes, as we bring Orson to market.

Our underlying platform can serve an immense amount of B2B and B2B2C markets and needs a seasoned leader who can bring great experience and energy to navigate the waters ahead.
This role requires an expert knowledge of B2B SaaS sales, pricing models and most importantly a builder mentality who has past experience operating in the “white space” bringing SaaS products to market.
What you’ll do • Own and develop the entire sales strategy and processes, from leads to customer conversion • Work with the Product Marketing Manager on the go to market strategy and pricing models • Create customer targets and sales forecasts • Own the creation of the sales campaigns and all needed assets • Develop the initial platform customers and relationships • Build the foundation for continued growth and future enterprise sales team • Measure the success of your solutions and iterate on them • Help to grow our sales team, improve processes, and mentor people • Keep up a fast-moving pace of experimentation and decision-making
What you’ll need • 5+ years leadership experience in B2B SaaS sales, some of which was pre-product market fit • Experience working in a rapid growth role penetrating new markets with a startup mentality • Experience being part of building and scaling a successful sales function from zero to an enterprise sales success story while building a high performing team • College degree is not required, but grit is
