The Assistant Director of Community Relations is responsible for planning, implementing and analyzing programs intended to increase the philanthropic involvement of NU coaches, staff and student-athletes, while generating publicity, nurturing local business and consumer relationships, and increasing overall credibility for Northwestern Department of Athletics and Recreation (NUDAR), its student-athletes and its individual teams. Responsible for adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the Big Ten Conference and the NCAA.
