The Director of Student-Athlete Leadership Development will assist with the development and implementation of all programming designed to support student-athletes in the areas of leadership development and community engagement. This position is responsible for program management such as the Leadership Academy and Leadership Retreats, supporting signature event such as Rock Chalk Choice Awards and Senior Celebration, handling content on KU Leads social media platforms, and providing technical assistance for the KU Leads unit.
