The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) has an opening for a full-time Assistant Director of Development. This position will work to identify, solicit and steward prospective donors. They will be a part of an annual fund team tasked with cultivating and retaining donors. This person will ensure that donor retention numbers increase yearly as well as focus on new business. They will also have a ticket sales budget via New and Renewal of season tickets. This position will also manage the Blue-N*-Gold social media and intern program. They will also have game day responsibility for all home football games and select events.
