The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) has an opening for a full-time Assistant Director of Development. This position will work to identify, solicit and steward prospective donors. They will be a part of an annual fund team tasked with cultivating and retaining donors. This person will ensure that donor retention numbers increase yearly as well as focus on new business. They will also have a ticket sales budget via New and Renewal of season tickets. This position will also manage the Blue-N*-Gold social media and intern program. They will also have game day responsibility for all home football games and select events. The position reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Development-Executive Director of the Blue-N*-Gold. Salary plus competitive commission structure. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of successful experience in Athletic Development or Ticket Sales •Prior knowledge and experience with Paciolan and Salesforce preferred •Ability to communicate and interact well with staff and donors in a customer service setting •Self-motivated individual who takes initiative •Strong organization and communication skills •Must be able to work evenings and weekends Please submit a letter of application, resume and names of references and telephone numbers.
