The Power Solutions Sales Manager manages and directs all facets of Power Solutions sales. This role is responsible for driving sales volume, performance, and profitability, developing and implementing sales training, and managing inventories and market share. Additionally, this person will assist the Power Solutions Business Manager in all Power Solutions sales-related matters.
Responsible for market share, inventory, revenue growth, and department profitability.
Manage and develop Power Solutions sales force.
Develop and implement marketing plans, forecasts, and policies.
Assist the Power Solutions sales force with trade values, and pricing of new and used inventory.
Monitor Power Solutions sales rep. performance on: coverage, GP, sales volume, and overall performance.
Plan and assign training and follow-up on Power Solutions issues.
Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum of five to ten years prior sales and/or sales management experience (preferably in Power Solutions).
Industry experience and knowledge of data centers, electricity, and generators.
Proven experience developing and leading a successful team.
Experience in inventory control, forecasting, ordering, and terms management.
