Assistant Director: Marketing & Community Engagement
The Assistant Director - Marketing will work as part of the Athletic Department’s external operations team and will serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned sports.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the assistant director’s duties will include creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan for assigned sports, inclusive of attendance and revenue driving initiatives, in-game fan experience strategy and overall brand marketing for the program(s). The person hired for this role will also have heavy involvement with growing non-sport initiatives including: Student Section leadership and marketing street team, Junior Razorbacks, Donation Requests, Spirit Squads and more.
