Regional Sales Platform & Technology Demand Management Lead
The core objective of the Regional Sales Platform & Technology Demand Management Lead is to drive transformation in the digital platforms & tools used by Frontline sales team and manage Retail & Wealth technology book of work for the region. This person will work closely with key stakeholders across region, markets, Data & Analytics, Digital & Technology teams to ensure a seamless & best-in-class experience to Frontline Sales teams to drive efficiency and own outcomes such as (i) Increased usage of new CRM systems (ii) Improved sales productivity on key metrics (iii) annual revenue targets for regional campaigns. Additionally, this individual will also manage Retail & Wealth Technology Demand Prioritization process across BAU and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:
