Overview Responsibilities Support BNY Mellon's Debt and Equity capital markets desk - largely high-grade corporate bonds, preferred and common stock. Help with Debt & Equity deal execution Analyze company balance sheets and cash flow statements to determine prospective capital markets needs, cost of funding Analyze issuer deal flow and wallet share amongst large bank syndicates, work with credit and underwriting teams. Prepare and maintain deal and issuer pitchbooks and associated data bases. Interact and join banking colleagues on deal and/or issuer pitches.
