Associate Director of Marketing - Sales and Services
BASIC FUNCTION:   Responsible for developing and implementing programs to maintain and increase the company’s audience base and ticket revenue. Manages the sales and service operations.  The position encompasses a broad range of duties including data analysis, development of sales and pricing strategy, crafting customer service principals, managing e-commerce and Audience Services functions in Tessitura database.  Supervise four direct reports.
