The Associate Director of Ticket Operations reports to the Associate Athletics Director, Ticket Operations. The major duties of this position include assisting in the distribution of tickets for athletic and special events, supervising full-time and part-time clerical staff and ticket sellers, and overseeing the ticket office computer system. The position involves extensive customer contact and requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Additional duties include customer service, interacting with many donors, members of the University community, alumni and the general public.
