The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for creating, updating, monitoring, and reporting on the Peace Center's various technical platforms including the Peace Center's website(s), app, and CRM/ticketing platform. Additionally, this role will create original content for the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical project manager, an enthusiastic communicator, a self-starter, and a creative problem-solver. This role will translate marketing strategy to technology implementation to deliver goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Include, but are not limited to)
Maintain, audit, and routinely update all customer facing marketing technologies including main and secondary websites, Peace Center app, QueueIT, media portals, digital lobby signage, digital photo library (Crowdriff) & PC YouTube channels.
Oversee and develop comprehensive digital strategies in support of single ticket sales, Broadway ticket sales, PR, audience development & engagement and fundraising goals
Advise Peace Center leadership and department heads on best practices in digital marketing deriving data from sales trends. Lead implementation of approved technology updates
Work with third party technology developers to ensure proper implementation and tracking of digital marketing efforts
Develop a system to analyze and report on trends in digital behavior of Peace Center patrons
Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all digital strategies
Project manage all website development efforts, serving as primary liaison between web developers, creative agency, box office and marketing departments
Manage updates and maintenance of peacecenter.org and specialevents.peacecenter.org, including troubleshooting website issues when needed
Proofread and audit web content for accuracy with extreme attention to detail
Train key staff on using the website content management system(CMS)
Act as a power-user for Tessitura Network on behalf of the marketing department
Provide site data, reports, and insights using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Place 3rd party tracking and conversion code on web pages using Google Tag Manager
Maximize Search Engine Optimization through strategic use of design, content, and metatags
Create a compelling user experience across all web platforms
Update and maintain Peace Center app
Strategize, plan, and manage cross-departmental digital content meetings
Write copy in support of digital efforts using best practices for each platform
Hire and escort photographers as needed
Develop schedules and deadlines for all digital content
Create or edit videography, photography, external presentations, and TV/radio spots.
3-5 years of professional experience focused on digital marketing and communications
3-5 years of experience of website management using a content management system
Three years of CRM database experience, preferably Tessitura
Superior project and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
Strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding writing and editing skills
Solid background in Google Analytics preferred
UX and video editing experience a plus
Experience with API integration tools like Zapier a plus
Self-starter, problem-solver, leader, and the ability to work in fast moving environment necessary
