Under general supervision, the Athletics Events and Facilities Lead oversees intercollegiate athletic facilities and events. The incumbent will focus on customer experience, logistics, scheduling, oversight and training of support staff on game management, and event setup and breakdown. Oversees two assistant events managers, recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling of event staff for all home contests and special events. Oversees purchasing as it relates to Events Management and athletic facilities; primary liaison to visiting teams, vendors and related university personnel. Operates in the scope and intent of the NCAA, Big West Conference, and CSUN rules and regulations.
