Working closely with the Senior Associate AD for External Operations and the Marketing & Fan Engagement team, the Assistant/Associate AD for Ticket Sales & Service will provide leadership and strategic direction for the ticket sales and service unit within Athletics. This position will be responsible for generating revenue through outbound ticket sales initiatives and providing elite customer service to our supporters, as well as the coordination of community engagement and outreach activities that promote Panther Athletics.
