Bonnefield Financial Inc. (“Bonnefield”) is Canada's leading farmland investment manager. Through limited partnerships, we have approximately $1B in assets under management, with farmland holdings located across Canada – from British Columbia to Nova Scotia. While our business is investments, our approach is to become a financial partner with progressive farm producers. We are 100% Canadian-owned and operated. Our investors are Canadian individuals and (domestic and international) institutional investors who are committed to the long?term future of Canadian agriculture.
Bonnefield builds diversified portfolios of high-quality Canadian farmland which is then leased to top-quality Canadian farm operators on a long-term basis. The investment strategy is to build the portfolios with high-quality “core” farmland primarily through sale leasebacks with leading farmers on an unlevered basis across Canada. Diversification is achieved through investments across numerous farming regions with differing agricultural characteristics and risks.
Bonnefield’s mission is to lead investment in the future of agriculture. Find out more by visiting www.Bonnefield.com.
