The University of Colorado Boulder Athletics Department encourages applications for a Ticket Office Coordinator! This role will assist in managing day-to-day operations of Athletic Ticket Office, as well as the sale and distribution to all home and select away athletic events and select non-athletic events.
The Ticket Office Coordinator also serves as the Soccer ticket lead with oversight of season and single game ticket sales, game day ticket operations and distribution of all soccer related tickets (regular and post-season).
This position will serve as a secondary point of contact for Ticket Office student workers. As such, the position will assist with providing daily support to student workers during office hours and at ticketed university athletic events and select non-athletic events.
The position is responsible for conducting all activities in compliance with Pac-12, NCAA and University rules and regulations and is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program. This shall include adhering to the principles of the Athletic Department’s Mission Statement, Diversity and Inclusion Mission Statement, Core Values, Policies and Procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Pac 12 Conference and the NCAA.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
Administrative/Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Assist with providing support with student workers. Perform daily opening and closing duties along with answering phones and monitoring ticket office email. Responsible for preparing and analyzing sales reports using Paciolan, and eQuery software to manage seat upgrades and moves. Update and maintain integrity of customer accounts using CRM software and ticketing software.
Soccer Ticket Operations Lead:
Build and maintain all events in ticketing software. Responsible for renewal and upgrade process of new and existing season ticket holders. Responsible for managing seat inventory. Collaborate with marketing, social and ticket sales on ticket strategies and promotions to enhance attendance and revenue. Responsible for the development, layout, and distribution of mobile tickets. Oversight of student-staff employees at home soccer events. Serve in a customer service role and resolve customer issues at soccer home events. Responsible for reconciliation, game audits and deposits following each home event. Responsible for player guest request for home and away games in conjunction with compliance and NCAA rules. Responsible for game day setup including but not limited to communication and collaboration with IT, game day facility ops, etc.
General Responsibilities:
Assist at all other ticketed sports as needed. Assist with maintaining scanners for ticketed events. Represent Ticket Office in weekly staff and event management meetings. Assist other Ticket Office staff as needed.

What We Require
Bachelor's degree.
At least one year working in a ticket office or related experience in promotions, marketing or communications Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
What You Will Need
Knowledge of NCAA rules and Pac-12 bylaws, rules and regulations.
Excellent communication - organizational and interpersonal skills with follow-up.
Ability to draw conclusions and recommend strategies from ticketing system reports.
Demonstrate a dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Ability to work additional hours attending games and events in the evening, and on weekends and holidays.
What We Would Like You to Have
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
One year of experience using Paciolan Ticketing System experience (tRes, CRM, eVenue, eQuery, PAC7 and Ticket Intelligence).
Lead or supervisory experience over students and/or staff
