Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Assistant Financial Aid Specialist for Athletics. Position reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and exists to manage and monitor all aspects of student services provided to student-athletes, including, but not limited to, financial aid, meals and housing Among the key duties of this position are the following: Ensures appropriate systems are in place to monitor athletics aid and other financial aid awarded to student-athletes. Manages the National Letter of Intent (NLI) Program for Rutgers. Ensures that all NCAA, Big Ten and NLI rules are observed in the provision of athletics and other financial aid to student-athletes. Monitors all financial aid provided to student-athlete from outside agencies.
