Northwestern College is seeking applicants for the position of football offensive coordinator. Northwestern College football has a tradition of excellence and desires to find a candidate who is committed to Christ-centered education that occurs in the classroom and on the field. This is a full-time, 10-month position.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist the head coach in the planning and implementation of the football program in a manner consistent with the goals and mission of the college.
In addition to coaching and recruiting, this position includes additional duties in either teaching or administration/supervision in athletics.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree and minimum of 3 years’ experience as a successful high school or college coach is preferred.
Proven ability as a recruiter, technician and leader.
The successful candidate will have an authentic Christian faith and a commitment to Northwestern’s mission.
