Position Description The Arlington Soccer Girls Academy ECNL Director will direct and manage a comprehensive Girls Academy program consisting of six elite girls teams currently playing in ECNL. This is a full-time position reporting to the Technical Director. This position will require daily oversight and management of the program, including all players and coaches.
