This position is responsible for the receipt, storage, distribution, transportation, and maintenance of all types of athletic department equipment and supplies. The manager will coordinate the receipt of departmental purchases and deliveries and provide laundry service where applicable. The following are crucial functions of this area: take a lead position in executing Duquesne’s Apparel contract, manage, order, receive, issues, clean, store, and repair equipment and athletic apparel for Duquesne’s Athletics’ 20 teams, prepare equipment for practice and competition, and assist athletic staff with work related game operations when necessary.
