This position provides administrative support for the Director of Athletics, Senior Athletics Administrators, and Athletics Business Office. In addition to general administrative duties, this position is responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing travel and other reimbursements, submitting involves for payment, ordering office supplies and other clerical duties. This position also assists with employment processes for department: Including non-student temporaries and student temporaries hiring forms, and assists with the onboarding process for the department. Other duties as assigned.
Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be very organized and have the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced office environment. Must exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position requires an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have excellent computer skills. Must have a commitment to University, Department, and Conference policies and procedures as well as NCAA Constitutions, bylaws, legislation and regulations.
