A technology consulting firm that supports bank and credit union clients seeks someone who is working in a financial services role today but seeking bigger things and flexibility. If you have a banking and B-to-B sales background (or both, preferably), are analytical, and wish to help our community bank and credit union clients solve problems, this might be the role for you.
Looking for a combination hunter/gatherer that can build a portfolio of clients amongst executives at community financial institutions across the US. The duties include:
Managing leads through the company database and making both warm and cold calls into banks and credit unions that fit the profile of a potential client that needs our help.
Trade shows – traveling to trade shows in your regional area, managing the company presence at trade shows, and presenting thought-leadership material to industry executives.
Weekly status calls with Sales Manager/Partner to track and update your personal sales pipeline..
Ability to seek out information on prospective clients, potentially owning and managing your own book of business.
Following up on internal leads for prospective clients that have been contacted in the past, but where timing of the potential sale was not optimal.
Maintain a pulse on the financial services industry and a strong knowledge of the technology pieces within a financial institution.
Remedy Consulting provides technology, negotiation and contract services to our bank and credit union clients (US business only). We are seeking someone with a Bachelor’s degree, a few years of banking experience, and a desire to learn a new trade. We offer a work-from-home environment, and a fair amount of independence once you learn the role. The role is remote (WFH) and requires travel of approximately 15-25% to client locations, presentations, and trade show opportunities.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.
3-5 years of banking operations
5+ years of work experience, consulting experience preferred.
Any WFH experience is preferred.
