Siena Heights University, a NAIA Institution located in Adrian, Michigan, is seeking two Graduate Assistant positions for the Men’s and Women’s Track and Field teams for the 2023-24 school year. A concentration in collegiate throwing events is desired for one of these positions. Components of this position will include assisting with recruitment, practice sessions, scheduling, and operations management. The selected candidates will be granted a tuition waiver of 18-credit hours per year for one of Siena Heights University’s offered graduate programs, including a master’s in Business Administration, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Healthcare Leadership, Higher Education Leadership, Organizational Leadership, and Master of Science in Nursing. The position includes a stipend of $6000.00 per year and a graduate tuition waiver. This is a position beginning in mid-August of 2023. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and an ability to learn and implement recruiting standards and practices for the University. The ability to effectively recruit is essential to this position. In addition, candidates should be committed to helping develop collegiate athletes to their fullest potential.
