The McNeese Softball Director of Operations graduate assistant is responsible for providing support to the overall operation of the Women’s Softball program. This includes, but is not limited to, recruiting operations, travel, and overall programmatic structure. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Women’s Softball office, Oversee and direct all aspects of team travel itineraries, Coordinate all aspects of recruiting visits, both unofficial and official, Work closely with Head Coach to monitor purchases and maintain operating budgets, Work closely with the McNeese Athletic Foundation (fundraising) and Dugout club on initiatives to support the program, Comply with NCAA and SLC rules and regulations, and Perform additional duties and special projects as
