This position plays an extremely important role in the overall, day-to -day success of the Arizona Ticket Office. This position is the direct sports lead for two sports, in addition to assisting with others. They are responsible for all aspects of ticketing for those sports from start to finish, as well as leading the box office on the day of the event. This position also oversees one full-time position.

Plan and administer all aspects of ticket sales and operations for assigned sports (Men’s Basketball and Baseball) by utilizing ticket software and email communication. Secondary sport lead for Football, working closely with Assistant AD on all aspects of ticketing for football game days. Manage all ticketing services for assigned sports for customers via phone, online, and in-person. Coordinate sales efforts by working with various departments and coaches to achieve revenue and attendance goals. Oversee and manage one full-time position (Coordinator, Ticket Operations). Assist the ticketing staff by providing updated sales materials and training when necessary to provide a high level of service for customers. Additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree
