A leading aftermarket auto wheel company is seeking for a high energy, exciting Sales Manager to immediately join our sales team. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate positively with customers and sales team. Most of all, we are looking for a multi-tasker with a “can do” attitude.
Job Description: This position directs a sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and sales growth in line with company vision and values. The Sales Manager establishes and implements plans and strategies to expand the customer base and channels.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, direct and manage all company sales channels to meet sales objectives • Develop and manage network of independent sales representatives • Manage and develop new customer account relationships • Track and record sales activity to ensure that company sales objectives are being achieved • Evaluate sales deals to ensure appropriate margins are secured
Manage warehouse operation • Work with sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts to ensure on time and complete customer shipments
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience selling to retail wheel and tires stores • Experience understanding customer needs to develop customer specific product offerings • Experience in new product development and roll out • Experience crafting and implementing dynamic and successful sales promotional programs • Experienced in warehouse setting

Required Qualifications: • Proven track record of sales success working in automotive parts industry • Able to work independently, entrepreneurial minded and driven to succeed • Strategic thinker • Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management. • Strong work ethic with dynamic communication and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Willingness to travel for sales
