The Senior Analyst, Capital Markets and Corporate will be involved in every facet of capital markets including rating agency modelling, compliance, and reporting. In addition to capital markets, this position will be involved in corporate treasury activities, serving as a key contributor to the Global Treasury Managers
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assists with proper servicing of organization's debt, including review and understanding of Company's Credit Agreements, consideration of all business-related impacts to the Company's existing Credit Agreements, payments, compliance with covenants and various compliance filings
Evaluates the Company's capital structure to increase access to funding sources, minimize the costs of borrowing and evaluate debt alternatives to support strategic acquisitions
Contributes to risk management associated with interest rate and foreign exchange rate exposure, including developing and implementing hedging strategies to minimize the impact of rate fluctuations
Maintains and publishes monthly and quarterly dashboards that provide visibility to the company's global capital structure
Participate in Treasury operations activities including but not limited to in-house bank, multi-currency notional pool and netting, intercompany loan portfolio, month and quarter end reporting and SOX controls
Closely collaborates with the Global Corporate Development, Global Financial Planning & Analysis and Global Controllership teams on strategies and projects.
Team player with a willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field required
3-5 years finance experience, international experience compulsory.
Experience with capital raises in debt capital markets and rating agency experience a plus ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a strong commitment to excellence, be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced

MBA and/or CTP beneficial but not required
Must be willing to work from our downtown Chicago Office
Experience with contemporary business and finance software packages
