Sports Information 50%: Develop and execute MAC communications plan. Design and implement MAC-wide recognition and celebration campaigns. Oversee MACtv and administration of conference network and broadcasting of championships. Manage conference website, including keeping statistics, standings, and records up to date. Serve the three conferences and 27 sports as the main source of results, polls, statistics, schedules, and championship information. Facilitate regular and ongoing functions of the conference’s sports information directors. Serve as primary social media content manager. Represent the conference at championship events. Coordinate preseason and pre-championship polls with coaches.
Conference Awards and Championships 25%: Oversee all-conference and awards processes including academic honor roll, academic all-MAC, senior scholar-athletes, championship plaques, all sportsmanship team, team sportsmanship awards, Sorrentino award, and hall of fame. Manage weekly awards and publicity for awards. Update and maintain conference championship central pages. Responsible for finalizing and communicating championship seeding. Coordinate and manage championship and other photography needs and MAC’s Flickr account. Plan and oversee Annual Awards Luncheon. Coordinate the production of plaques, medals, certificates, and other conference awards. Assist with awards distribution, championship logistics, and other event planning as needed. Manage nominations for NCAA awards such as Woman of the Year, and DIIICA awards.
Sport Administration and Governance 15%: Assist with MAC Factbook updates and distribution. Develop materials and draft reports for governance committees. Manage MAC licensing and branding initiatives. Represent the conference at official functions including conference and national championships, and other events where official representation is deemed appropriate by the MAC Executive Director. Be involved in conference planning and administration.
Other Responsibilities 10%: Attend conference meetings and participate in all conference calls. Assistance with compliance, officiating, and/or scheduling, may be required. Represent the conference at official functions including conference and national championships, and other events where official representation is deemed appropriate by the MAC Executive Director. Assume other duties as assigned by the MAC Executive Director.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with sidearm or other web providers as a campus or conference sports information professional
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, content management, video editing, zoom, google suite, adobe applications, graphics development and editing.
Strong oral and written communication skills
General knowledge of intercollegiate athletics programs and Division III
Ability to work effectively with the athletics administrators, coaches, and sports information personnel
Ability to work independently and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment both in-person and remotely
Must be located within the footprint of the MAC

Located in Annville, Pa., the Middle Atlantic Conference is an NCAA Division III conference comprised of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth (MAC Commonwealth) and Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom).
The MAC currently sponsors 27 intercollegiate sports that compete in the NCAA Division III.
