Impact & Responsibilities: Manages all athletic ticketing and event related functions for athletic facilities; develops, executes event creation, programs, and maintains the ticketing system for Athletics; oversees ticket event staff, ticket printing and distribution; assists with day to day coordination of sales activities and supervision of ticketing staff; and assists in the resolution of customer relation issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of box office management experience. Non-standard work hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays will be necessary. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, the Missouri Valley Football Conference, the Big 12 Conference and the University of Northern Iowa. Preferred: Athletic
