Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Independently manage and supervise daily ticket office operations including ticket sales, fund depositing and customer relations and service • Facilitate all season tickets for football and men's and women's basketball • Providing assistance to university departments in the ticketing of select special events • Oversee all ticket operations for assigned sport(s). • Supervising student ticket office staff • Develop and implement the training for ticket office staff customer service skills • Working with Athletic Marketing to develop strategies to maximize ticket sales and attendance • Assisting the Duke Club with gift processing • Manage Paciolan Ticketing Software • Ensure compliance with all relevant institutional, Sun Belt and NCAA rules
Required:
• Customer Service Experience • Excellent communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as a team player • Demonstrated creativity within a structured environment and the ability to work non-traditional hours
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree • Previous ticket operations experience • Paciolan experience a plus • Cash handling experience and experience with a ticketing software system
