This is a full-time position with a full benefits package. Full-time benefits include tuition remission, health, dental, vision and life insurance, retirement and tax savings plans. • Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred and at least one year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of NAIA rules or the ability to learn them
• Ability to operate ticketing software systems and equipment
• Ability to execute payables/receivables and ticket sales
• Ability to create and execute marketing, promotions, and development plans
• Ability to manage competitions and events
• Ability to perform athletics media relations tasks
• Ability to plan and execute special events
• Ability to create and edit digital and print graphics and copy
• Ability to record and edit video
• Strong public relations, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate public address, statistics, website, publishing, video and scoreboard systems
• Ability to assist with soliciting individuals for donations
• Competition management skills and abilities
• Attention to detail and an understanding of the big picture
• Strong organizational skills resulting in the ability to prioritize workload and regularly meet short-term deadlines
• Interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to interact with fans, media members, sponsors, students, faculty, staff, donors and the general public

• Ability to operate a computer, printer, applicable software and multi-function office machine (copy, scan, fax)
