General Responsibility: This is a full-time (10-month appointment) benefits eligible assistant coaching position. In collaboration with the Mary Frances Wagley Head Coach of Swimming and Diving, the Assistant Coaching responsibilities include assisting in the management of all facets of the Women’s and Men’s Swimming & Diving programs to include but not limited to: recruiting, administration, budget management, alumni stewardship, scheduling of competitions, team travel, weekly practice sessions, advising of students, managing social media accoutns and compliance with NCAA and NEWMAC conference rules and regulations. In addition, this position will be responsible for duties assigned under the supervision and direction of the Director of DAPER Communications, Promotions and Marketing
